A long wallet made from indigo-dyed deerskin "Aihaji Leather"
An L-shaped round zip wallet with vertical cards finished with Aihaji leather.
One part of the bill compartment has no gusset, allowing bills, receipts, etc. to be inserted very smoothly.
One side of the wallet is designed to make it easy to insert and remove cards, with four compartments that can hold about three cards each. The other side has three compartments that can hold about six cards each, for a maximum of 30 cards.
Rather than actually putting 30 cards in it, its storage capacity makes it even easier to use when you only have a few cards.
The central coin purse does not have a zipper, so you can quickly take out coins by opening the main zipper.
Also, if you don't use it as a coin purse, you can use it to store cards and receipts, making it a truly functional wallet.

About Leather
The leather used is from wild deer exterminated within Nagano Prefecture, tanned and pre-treated in Iida, and then dyed with genuine indigo at the Hama Dyeing Studio in Matsumoto City. This is part of the Shinshu Ethical Project.
The "Aihaji Leather" pattern, jointly developed by Hamazome Studio, a historic studio that has been in business since 1911, Mersen Co., Ltd. in Iida City, and Gruber Leather, is a bag that combines two types of dyeing: tie-dyeing and plain dyeing. Each bag has a different pattern, so no two are the same, making each finished product one of a kind.
Please understand that since this leather is grown in the natural environment of Nagano, it may have scratches from branches, etc. However, we are grateful for the blessings of the earth and process them into products.

The cowhide used for the interior is tanned in Himeji, and the leather that has been shrink-processed (kneaded) is soft and goes perfectly with the deerskin. Deerskin is a by-product of local production and consumption, while cowhide is also a by-product of meat.
