Our products are handcrafted by a small group of skilled craftsmen in a workshop surrounded by the mountains of Nagano. We want Groover Leather to have a name like Groover's tools, and to be established as a brand.
For the sake of manufacturing with a select few
Category
"Standard" : We use a wide variety of leather, from Japanese cowhide to foreign cowhide and crocodile leather, with a focus on quality.
"Deerskin Items" : Utilizing deer designated as pests The activities of the Shinshu Ethical Project aim to utilize food and leather without waste and to sustain the industry.
The products that are created from this process are characterized by their flexibility and lightness. Among them, the Anzume leather and Ozome leather are attracting attention as unique products that cannot be found anywhere else.

In Nagano Prefecture, damage caused by sika deer is great, seriously affecting forests, agriculture, and ecosystems. The Shinshu Ethical Project is working to realize a sustainable society by utilizing materials from culled deer.

Groover Leather started with a workshop in their hometown of Nagano City. They offer a wide range of authentic leather products, including Groover Leather bags, hand-sewn wallets, business card holders, belts, and more. In their craft classes, craftsmen provide one-on-one instruction. They operate by appointment only, providing a relaxing environment.
